Meet brothers Pudge and Felix. You will probably never meet a more adorable, squishable pair! Both these boys are estimated to be around 1 - 1.5 years old. Meeko and Fleek were transferred to us from the SPCA Outaouais. These boys were abandoned at the SPCA in a cardboard box when they were only about a month old. Now, they are 5 months old and flourishing under the love of their foster mom. They are very good shoulder-riders, and while both are still a tad nervous about being picked up, they don't put up much of a fight. Over this last weekend a pet store went out of business. The pet store had rats - mostly as feeders, but also sold them as pets. When they closed their doors they had 66 rats - including many who were very, very young. The rats were all together - males and females. The store owner took all these rats and dumped them at the SPCA in Outaouais. They contacted us as they are not equipped to deal with the sheer quantity of small animals.
